1946 |
James Miller founded a tool and die shop by the name James Miller Machine Co., in Homer, Michigan. His four sons worked in the company and grew the business. |
1978 |
Three of the sons of James Miller purchased the company from their father and expanded the business substantially. |
1984 |
The company was sold to Sudbury Inc. to provide an infusion of capital for further expansion. |
1987 |
The company acquired another company by the name Steel Products and operated from two sites. |
1990 |
The Miller Brothers (Christopher and Patrick)
reacquired the company from Sudbury Inc. and renamed it as Miller
Brothers Manufacturing and opened it in a newly remodeled facility
on the west side of Homer. |
2006 |
India based RSB Transmissions (I) Ltd. acquired Miller Brothers Manufacturing through its fully owned SPV, RSB North America LLC. |
2009 |
The name was changed to RSB Transmissions NA, Inc. |
2010 |
Expansion Plan - RSB North America LLC
together with RSB Transmissions NA, Inc. formed and registered a
company by the name RSB Transmissions de Mexico, S. de R. L. de C.
V. to manufacture components similar to those produced by RSB
Transmission NA and cater to its customers who have also opened base
in Mexico. |
