YEAR DESCRIPTION
1946 James Miller founded a tool and die shop by the name James Miller Machine Co., in Homer, Michigan. His four sons worked in the company and grew the business.
1978 Three of the sons of James Miller purchased the company from their father and expanded the business substantially.
1984 The company was sold to Sudbury Inc. to provide an infusion of capital for further expansion.
1987 The company acquired another company by the name Steel Products and operated from two sites.
1990 The Miller Brothers (Christopher and Patrick) reacquired the company from Sudbury Inc. and renamed it as Miller Brothers Manufacturing and opened it in a newly remodeled facility on the west side of Homer.
2006 India based RSB Transmissions (I) Ltd. acquired Miller Brothers Manufacturing through its fully owned SPV, RSB North America LLC.
2009 The name was changed to RSB Transmissions NA, Inc.
2010 Expansion Plan - RSB North America LLC together with RSB Transmissions NA, Inc. formed and registered a company by the name RSB Transmissions de Mexico, S. de R. L. de C. V. to manufacture components similar to those produced by RSB Transmission NA and cater to its customers who have also opened base in Mexico.
